By visiting the Bake Masters website (www.mybakemasters.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Bake Masters is an artisan bakery located at Urambu, Choozhal, Tamil Nadu — 629160. We bake and sell fresh cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and custom cakes. All orders are managed through WhatsApp or in-store.
2. Orders
All orders are placed via WhatsApp, by calling +91 81294 45984, or through the order forms on our website. An order is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us via WhatsApp or phone call. We reserve the right to decline an order if we are unable to fulfil it due to capacity, ingredient availability, or other circumstances.
3. Custom Cakes
Custom cake orders require a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice. Complex designs may require more lead time — we will advise you when confirming your order. Reference images shared on WhatsApp are used as design guidance only. The final cake may vary slightly in appearance due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Bake Masters is not responsible for differences between reference images from third parties and the final product.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order acceptance is the price you will pay. Prices on the website are indicative and may not reflect seasonal variations or custom order pricing.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted in cash or via UPI at the time of delivery or pickup. We do not currently accept credit cards, debit cards, or net banking through the website. For custom cake orders, an advance payment may be required — this will be communicated during order confirmation.
6. Delivery & Pickup
We will review your delivery address and confirm availability. Delivery may be provided if your location is within our service area. Pickup is also available from Bake Masters.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds will be reviewed based on the order status. Refunds may not be available for custom or already-prepared orders.
8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from a specific allergen. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering. We offer eggless variants for several products — ask us when ordering.
9. Product Images
Product images on this website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary in appearance. Custom cake designs are handcrafted and may differ slightly from reference images.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Bake Masters and Primus Tech Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bake Masters' liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
